A Fall Update
We hope everyone had a fantastic summer and enjoyed the fun, carefree days! We had a busy summer in our household after welcoming two new kiddos into our family in May. This has kept us on our toes, but these children are precious and great kids. Now we have fully transitioned into the school year, football season, and are eagerly anticipating some cooler fall weather!
As we settle into the school year, we are planning another Foster Parents Night Out event on Saturday, Sept. 24, from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Our goal is to serve 10 foster families and 20 or so children in foster care during this evening. We will have games, trail walks, crafts, dinner, and lots of fun! Please consider giving a donation to support this evening.
Keep an eye out for further events throughout the fall season. We will be adopting a polling location for the upcoming November elections. Also, watch for additional Foster Parents Night Out activities!
Three Rivers Respite Is 4!
As announced earlier this summer, TRR turned four years old this year! To celebrate, we are in the midst of a 4 for 4 Anniversary Campaign.
By becoming an advocate for Three Rivers Respite, you will be a catalyst for providing rest for four children in foster care and the families that care for them, and you'll help your friends feel good about doing good.
With your help, we know we can raise awareness and support foster families and children in foster care!
