We held our first fall 2025 boys camp on September 5-6. We had 8 boys attend camp, including 2 first time campers!
We were blessed with some great weather during this camp. The boys had a blast playing outside, swimming and fishing!

Friday night started off with an ice breaker and a fantastic dinner provided by Fort Johnson Baptist Church. We are so grateful for their continued partnership! After getting to know each other, the boys played gagaball, man hunt, and tag through the woods.
As the sun was setting, we started a fire in the fire pit. The boys did some soap carving with our friend Shawn. This was a big hit. The boys were each given a bar of soap and a plastic butter knife and sculpted a creation. This was one of their favorite activities of camp!
Saturday morning, we started off with a delicious breakfast outside, then did our morning devotion time.

After devotions, we spent the morning fishing and walking the trails before taking a lunch break.
After lunch we spent the afternoon with some pool time and field games. The kids loved swimming, hanging with the goats, and playing baseball.

We closed out camp with some intense games of checkers and gagaball. We are so thankful to our friends Shawn and Alex for helping with this camp. We could not do these camps without the help and support of our volunteers. Thank you!
We have our final 2025 boys camp coming up October 3-4. We are looking forward to a fun time camping as we close out the 2025 camp season!
