We had our second spring girl's camp on April 24-25! We have 12 campers at camps, and 6 amazing volunteers! We are so grateful for our volunteers who pour into these girls with patience, grace, and joy.

We kicked off camp on Friday night with crafts, then with an ice breaker and dinner. Following dinner, we had a scavenger hunt to find our s'mores ingredients. These scavenger hunts are becoming a highlight of camp!

The girls loved their s'mores around the campfire (as usual) and they closed out the night with glowsticks, dancing, and singing around the pavilion.
Saturday morning, we enjoyed are traditional camp breakfast at the pavilion, some pavilion games, and then our normal devotional time in the chapel.
We enjoyed a nice trail walk through the property, lots of games, and a fun balloon game in the gaga ball pit before lunch.

This camp was extra special as we were able to celebrate a camper's birthday on Saturday. We celebrated with cupcakes! It was so special to celebrate with her on her special day!

We closed out the hot afternoon with pool time. The girls always look forward to swimming at camp, and it is especially refreshing and fun on these hot afternoons. We closed out camp with our group time, discussing our highs and lows fo the weekend and what we are grateful for.

This was another amazing camp with these girls. We are so thankful for the opportunity to pour into this kids and share these fun experiences with them. We are also so grateful for our volunteers who pour so much of their time into these camps. Thank you for Mrs. Domonique, Mrs. Liz, Mrs. Melissa, and our teen helpers - Lola, Ruthie, Lydia, and Annabelle. You all make these camps possible and special for these girls. Thank you!
